Notice of Information – Processing of Personal Data (Reserve Cup Marbella 2025)

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (“LOPDGDD”), data subjects are informed of the following:

1. Data Controller
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data is PADEL DEVELOPMENT LLC., in its capacity as organizer and promoter of the sporting event Reserve Cup Marbella 2025.

2. Data Subject to Processing
The personal data collected is limited to the following: first and last name, and email address of ticket purchasers.

3. Purpose of Processing
The personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing the purchase of tickets for the Reserve Cup Marbella 2025 event, including processing, payment management, purchase confirmation, and electronic delivery of tickets. In addition, the data may be used to ensure transaction traceability and, with the express authorization of the data subject, to send commercial communications related to future editions of the Reserve Cup or other sporting events of interest.

4. Data Traceability
The personal data provided by ticket purchasers will be collected at the time of purchase and used exclusively for the management of that purchase and attendance at the event. Should the user give express consent, the data may also be used for commercial communication purposes by PADEL DEVELOPMENT LLC. and by duly authorized strategic partners.

5. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
The data may be disclosed to processors that provide services necessary for the management of the event (technological services, ticketing, hosting, electronic communications, etc.), always under a contract that guarantees compliance with the GDPR. Likewise, the data may be disclosed to authorized recipients when there is a legal obligation to do so.

6. Ticketing and Third Parties Involved
The purchase of tickets will be carried out through the technological platform of ONEBOX
IBÉRICA, S.L. (“ONEBOX”), with its registered office at Vía Augusta 21-23, 7th floor,
08006, Barcelona, Spain, which will act as the technological provider and co- controller/processor of the data in relation to the management of ticket purchases and distribution. ONEBOX guarantees the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data.

7. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by writing to PADEL DEVELOPMENT LLC. at the address indicated in the corresponding privacy policy, or by sending an email to the Data Protection Officer. Data subjects also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
